Shop Promo Video · Your shop, you on camera

Shop promo video: your shopfront sign, then you on camera introducing the shop, then your products one by one, and an end card with your phone number and a map QR code. Shop details and products are prepared once; after that each video only needs this time’s line and this time’s products. In Lao you can record your own voice, so the person speaking really is you.

FAQ

How is a shop promo video different from an AI-generated video?

The shopfront sign is the photo you uploaded, the product shots are the real photos or clips in your product list, and the person speaking is a digital human built from your own likeness. The platform only trims, stitches, adds subtitles and the end card — it never replaces your shop with an AI-painted one.

Is the voice in the video really mine?

If you choose "record it yourself", yes — your recording drives the lip sync directly with no speech synthesis in between. If you choose "type it and we read it", Chinese and English use your cloned voice, while Lao uses a standard synthetic voice that is not your own. The page says so plainly before you submit.

How much do I have to prepare for each video?

Shop name, phone, address, the shopfront photo and your on-camera look are prepared once. After that each video only needs one sentence (recorded or typed) and the few products you want to feature this time.

Are the phone number and map QR code on the end card accurate?

They are rendered straight from the phone number and address you entered in your shop profile, with no AI rewriting. The QR code opens Google Maps, and you can scan it with your own phone from the shop profile page to check it first.

What happens to a product that has no photo yet?

It is left out of that video. After you submit, the page lists exactly which products were skipped and links you to the product list to add photos — nothing is dropped silently.
